This claim relates to an $8 purchase of pokemon cards on trademe listing 154257188.
Lyneen Allen trading as candlelady on trademe and her mischevious daughter Gemma Grosvenor (who claims to be a police officer from victoria austrialia) who bought a pack of pokemon cards from us off of trademe and tried to claim she had bought 4 packs. listings cannot be changed after they have closed.
We ended up calling the police in at trademes trust and security reccomendation after gemma created a trademe account just to place negative feedback on our main account, which is now a trademe store -esdotia. with nearly 7000 trades and a fb rating of 99.6%
Whilst the police where instore with us Gemma had another friend create an old friends account part of trademe group of companies and email us a death threat. A little childish and outside of us issuing a trespass notice we took this matter no further.
we do not trade on ebay or have an account, as the fees are to high and international shipping is not something we have an interest in. In all our trades we have only ever shipped to Aussie twice.
It has taken over two years to respond to this claim as previously we just couldn't be bothered. There has never been any followup legal or otherwise with this claim.
