THIS IS A WARNING TO THE PUBLIC!
Avoid the services of Mark A. Helm, who also goes by the name Mark Helm, who works for Coldwell Banker, Jane Henry, Realtors in Wylie, TX and also in Richardson and Dallas, TX. He is a RIPOFF. He is a very unscrupulous fellow who solicited sexual favors from my male relative who was selling a home in exchange for a break in fees! Throughout the process this guy made our lives a LIVING HELL! He was very sexual in his language, especially around attractive men, and we later found out hid damages to the home and did not inform the prospective buyer which could have gotten us ALL SUED! He also told us he had a buddy that could INFLATE OUR HOME APPRAISAL FOR A FEE! This guy was downright ridiculous! A NIGHTMARE! It appears he has been engaged in ILLEGAL and FRAUDULENT Activities like this for a WHILE! Jane Henry Realtors Should be ASHAMED to HIRE SUCH A LOW LIFE, CONNIVING CROOK!
After his sexual advances were turned down (The guy is suppose to be married!! UNBELIEVABLE!) he became belligerent and seemed to not care about the deal anymore and honestly tried to SCREW US OVER by intimidating potential buyers, not returning phone calls and trying to make people LOSE INTEREST IN THE HOUSE! He let his "pride" get in the way of his job only because he had his SEXUAL ADVANCEMENTS REJECTED! To make matters WORSE, he would often use the "N" word in referring to Black People and the "S" word when referring to hispanics on several occasions and we expressed to him this was NOT ACCEPTABLE! Just because we are in Texas that doesn't make us RACIST!
He should lose his license and Coldwell Banker Janet Henry Realtors should watch their back because this guy is going to make them lose a LOT of business and possibly face lawsuits as well! He is nothing but a PERVERT! An arrogant, sadistic, twisted, BISEXUAL (AND HIS WIFE DOESN'T KNOW) PERVERT!!! He's also not the brightest bulb in the shop and seems to take offense at EVERYTHING considering EVERYTHING a slight against his sub-par intelligence!
