Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I ordered a simple screw set from this guy and it was to be shipped USPS from Florida to Oklahoma. 3 WEEKS later I still did not have my parts so I emailed him to see if they had indeed shipped like the website claims. He said it did and to wait a few more days. A few more days?!?! I know the USPS isn't the fastest shipping method but 3 weeks and he tells me to wait a few more days? I smell BS being piled up. So I play along a wait ANOTHER week and big surprise, no parts. I email him again and now there's no response. So I try once more and still no response with about 3 days in between the 2 emails. I sent a third one this morning calling him out for being a thief and here I am. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS GUY!!!!

First off, I do want to say that he DID refund my money.

Next I would like to mention that the order was for a screw pack costing $14.57 total. One would think if you were going to dispute something like this they would get thier facts straight. To bad this is only the first of several false statements made.

You mention that after I first contacted you that  you responded that I should wait a few more days to see if it comes in. I replied that I would and I waited a FULL WEEK. Still no parts. This much I agree with.

I then emailed you after that week had passed asking what the next steps we could take were. I got no response.

I waited a few days and emailed you again asking what we could do about the situation. No reply.

I waited a few more days and still had no response. I then filed a report with the BBB and on here as well as a third email stating what has already been said above. Apparently THAT got your attention and only then did anything happen.

At this point I consider this matter resolved. I would HIGHLY suggest that you start paying more attention to your customers. I understand the Post Office sucks and can loose things. I understand that you can get busy and miss an email. What I CAN'T understand is how you can just completly ignore a paying customer the way you did. It is unaccepetable in any line of buisness. A simple response from you could have prevented this whole mess. You have lost a customer and I hope that any future customers take heed of my lousy experience in dealing with you.

We promptly shipped the item USPS 1rst Class mail, it was a small screw valued at $3. Apparrently it was lost by the post office. When he initially contacted us, I asked him to wait a couple of more days to see if it Shows up. If he had contacted us again letting us know it was still missing, we would have reshipped the item. After his last email, which was not nice, we immediately gave him a full refund.

We have been in business 2O years I am not sure how he can say he was ripped off when he recieved a full refund..

The ony one out in this transaction is my company, Not the customer.
