I have done some basic research on this one. The address is legit per USPS website and GoogleMaps satellite view. I did not click on any of the hyperlinks included as I have no idea what is behind them. What really set off my Red Flag Alert warning system in my mind is that the telephone number includes a vowel! Also not included is the company that he is representing. If he's a legit staffing recruiter, then he should be including the name of the company for which he is a consultant (independent or employer). This is an insult to me and really slows down my job search to have to deal with this sort of stuff! If it seems too good to be true, then it likely is! This scam must be the result of a recent job website that I signed up with. Here is a copy/paste of the email I received with my name substituted by the letter x:

Good evening xxxxxxx, before I left the office today I wanted to make sure that you scheduled yourself for this week. Please disregard this email if you already scheduled an appointmnt
I tried calling the number on your resume which is
