Complaint Review: Mark Myers (AKA Mark Mingolo) National Racing Services (aka Trackfire InternationalADVANCED SAFETY - Marrero Louisiana

Mark was tipped off today before the investigation by all the different people was done. Here's why anyone else dealing with Mark Mingolo should TAKE CARE OF BUSINESS THEMSELVES... The law is powerless. Just look, 9 states so far, hundreds of people. I first contacted my local sheriff who set me up with a detective. That detective set me up with a detective with the Jefferson Parish Criminal Investigation Unit. He told me in our meeting to not have anyone file reports! Then he told a second detective that they had nothing to get him on bc they had no victim!!!! That officer told me you get victims from the reports. Secondly I contacted the CT Attorney General and got information from their Investigator who I must say called back within 8hrs of me leaving a mesg. (that's something you don't get around south LA). I then set-up with the LA state fire marshal. I was "getting a call back" after a meeting he was going to have with his boss and several other important people... yeah well it's been two days. After repeated calls today and a full voice mail box on his end, no call and he won't be in the office till Tues! I also have been in contact with 2 family friends who a Special Agents with the FBI. They seem to be our only hope. They literally laughed when I said I had gone to the JP Sheriffs office. So today, Mark was caught packing things up, he ran he was caught and taken in for questioning with the JP detectives. WHO MIND YOU, have all the info from this webpage along with 40+ pages of other info, 4 sexual assault charges (on his mark meyers name) and countless trainees who filed reports today... and he gets let loose, then it doesn't end there... HE GETS PROTECTED BY THEM ALL DAY. GOES TO THE BANK CLOSES THE ACCOUNT AND TAKES THE CASH. Home free. And further, bc I was unable to get to the fire marshal, all of the stuff he needed as evidence (halon extinguishers, ya know that toxic stuff) have been taken by disgruntle ex trainees (of whom I know no names). So as you can see all the departments that were working together kept each other from actually doing anything. Well besides protecting the guilty and letting evidence get away yeah that's true too, the JP police that went to the office left without even taking a sample of a extinguisher bc they had a burglary in progress, guess that action took all the cops on duty, including the ones that were helping our case. SO, lesson learned... call the FBI, make fun of local police, and just hope that someone else has luck OR that they actually pursue this guy... BUT being as bent out of shape politics and law enforcement down here is, he probably went to the bank got cash and dropped some of it off at the CIU in JP. Just a hunch or "gut feeling", not an accusation or anything... SO, if anyone reads this among the ocean of other reports on Mingolo, keep quite, involve a couple people and do what you feel needs be done. If I ever see him again, then yes I will take this into my own hands. All hail yet another American Justice Systems failure at providing protection to those who need it. And cops, I know your reading, try to prove me wrong and make me eat my words. I've admitted I was scammed, I'm more than happy to admit I was wrong about you guys.
