Manager Mark Thomas initially promised a full refund of the $355 I was overcharged but it has never happened. Every time I call back I'm told he is "in a meeting."
Their website declares this is "Savannah's hippest hotel." What I found was blood stains on the comforter and when I asked for a clean one I was told "it was only paint." The "designer toileteries" are plastic bottles filled with left over shampoo and conditioner from previous guests.
The shower curtain and carpet were filthy, the desk lamp light bulb was broken and the stairwell outside my room smelled of urine. This motel is located in an unsafe area of town and provides no onsite security.
Apart from the awful experience of my stay I was ripped off by Mark Thomas.
