MARK WALTER, M.D. Susan Lewis Susan promised me that 4 weeks on the hcg cream will result in at least 10 lbs weight loss. The cream was not effective and she refused to refund my $700 I paid Internet
Their program is supposedly a doctor supervised weightloss program but I never saw the doctor and Susan collects all the money in advance. I paid $700 for a 4-week program that would result in a 10 lbs. weightloss. The hcg cream would suppress my appetite and following a strict regimen, I would reach my goal weight. After the first week on the program, i reported to Susan's office that the cream was not controlling my hunger and that I was doing it on my own. They advised me to continue and to eat only the foods allowed. After the second week, I understood that the cream had the opposite effect. I was always hungry and the food on the list (1 melba toast, 1 protein shake, 4 oz of lean protein, 2 servings of vegetables, 1 serving of fruit) did not come close to satisfy my hunger and I stopped using the cream. When I try to tell Susan she told me that we had nothing to talk about and that she will not refund even part of my money. BEWARE! She acts all nice but once she takes your money, we don't even get to see her. You see the office clerk, Suzanna. I'm not sure that she is a nurse but she is giving me my shots and doing the counseling. I want at least $500.00 back.

i was a patient of dr mark walter and susan walter i was unable to walk in so much pain it is beyond comprehension. i had two very painful diseases at the same time both considered uncureable rsd and ocipital neuralgia. i arrived without appointment and was disruptive due to my pain. well lets say i was sreaming and crying for the pain was out of this world. the last dr only four days prior called the police and told me to never return. dr walter and his wife treated me like gold made every accommodation and gave me treatment far superior to any other dr and i saw between twenty and thirty doctors. there is no way i could have survived much longer. these people are salt of the earth. i was totally hysterical and they didnt deny me they helped when no one else could or would. this place is 5 star head of the fan club

I worked with Susan for a year and lost 45 pounds. She was always polite and very supportive. Susanna as well. I believe their counselling methods to be very helpful, sincere and tailored to my needs. Revisions of the meal plan were made to customize my needs. Everyone is different and loses weight differently. I found the shake to be very helpful in stabilizing weight and still use it today. I did gain about 5 pounds back and I am working on taking it off. If I can not, I will go back there. It was the only program I found successful. Perhaps something was wrong with your cream. I know had you approched Susan politely she would have found a way to appease you. Whever I had an issue regarding the weight loss, it was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Sometimes it took a different approach with the diet. Losing weight is a proactive process. You can not just use the cream or take a pill and lose weight- if so, we would all be thin.
