Yeah, I remember this "Marlene Kiraly." I was looking to buy a house for my wife and I as a second home. I currently have a home in Bayonne, New Jersey, and I just wanted a second home for three to four months out of the year, during the winter time. I came across this woman, Marlene.... which is why I chose to stay in New Jersey.
Firstly, the introduction to her was awful. You would think that a professional would wear something nice to show her professionalism in. She showed up in a humongous, all-black "dress", in which I use the term "dress" because I have no other word to use for this piece of clothing. The term "tablecloth", or "garbage bag" would describe it more appropriately. She donned all black and white gothic-looking make-up, with the exception of bright red lipstick. Picture Morticia Addams, only NOT hot! Morticia Addams, plus 200 pounds, AND a shaved head. Now you can picture what I'm working with...
She starts her "small talk" and asks where I'm from. I told her that I was from New Jersey and I'm just looking for a vacation house down in Florida. Right when I said "New Jersey", she erupted and said "I KNEW I liked something about you! I'm from Jersey too!" She went on and on and on about her move down to Florida and everything, I wasn't paying much attention. Not until when she asked where my wife was at, is when I finally realized that she was coming on to me. I'm a cardiologist in Middlesex County, New Jersey, plus I'm a handsome middle-aged man, so I can understand her flirting with me. She started saying how "hot" it was in the house because the air was off, of course, so she took off what seemed like a black jacket of some sort. "Feel free to take your shirt off if you'd like, it's hot in here", she said to me. Then the flirtation started to become inappropriate. The topics of discussion were how miserable she was with a drunk, out-of-work husband, how she needed a good man, and how she has contemplated suicide occasionally. Not one time did she discuss anything about the house. Every question I had about the house led to something pertaining her own life. I quickly wrapped up the conversation and told her that I had to get going. "I'll be in contact with you", I told her, as I drove off disgusted...
I had almost forgotten about that until I was on ripoff report and I saw her name on here already! So, therefore, I thought I would write one of my own. That was the summer of 2006, but it made me laugh when I saw she was already on here.

I have no idea who this is. I never worked in the Wellington area. Also if they lived in New Jersey where did I meet them. They say they did not live here. They also say it was hot in the house.....whose house were we in you did not live in Florida. I would never tell a client to take their shirt off. I have a great reputation as a realtor and my husband has always had a job. I never thought about sucicide and if I did I would never tell a client that. I would really like to know who wrote this letter because they have nothing better to do with their time.
Get a life and stop making up lies.

While I agree, that if the facts of your story are indeed true, her conduct was unprofessional, I don't see how you were ripped off.
