I ordered a sofa set. After delayed delivery as usual, I come home to find the sofa set stacked in the middle of my living room with factory packing.

I spent $1500 for the sofa set and another $100 for the delivery, to come home and start removing all the packing and staples.

My wife asked them to unpack it; they said that they are not paid to do that. I called customer service who surely announced their disapproval, but where did that leave me.

I made a big mistake by shopping there.

I have heard the very same comments from Chris ONCE. That was it. He is very unresponsive and does not follow through. I have fought and fought to get something done with this company but I have come to the conclusion that they simply think of customers last.

I apologize that the delivery process was not completed in a satisfactory manner. The delivery personnel were supposed to unpackage and
remove any packing materials in relations to your delivery. I will advise our Home Delivery Manager of this event in order to prevent this from happening again.
