Marlos Furniture Stores ripoff Did not home true to their warranties You pay for warranties and they do not honor them I have a house full of Marlos furniture and they send out a rep and after that you hear nothing else from them Rockville Maryland
I have called Marlos on numerous occasions about my Sofa slipcovers, when the representative came out he said that he was going to recommend that they order me four new slipcovers. This happened on two different occasions. You hear nothing after that. When I called back the first time after six or seven months of hearing nothing, they tell me the Manager is not going to honor the warranty, because of wear and tear on the furniture. I looked over the warranty, and that is exactly what they covered, wear and tear, burn holes and the like. But Marlos do not honor their warranties, after you pay for them.
