Do not use Marquico or SF Charters! They are the same business.
They are listed under numerous names in numerous cities, and are not trustworthy. They will take your money and either not provide the charter or not refund it if you ask. They outsource for busses, take your money, and then they do NOT pay the bus company, telling them the customer will pay when the bus arrives on the date of travel, leaving YOU to pay TWICE, if you want to take your scheduled trip.
James and Lorenzo are the SAME PERSON. Do not be fooled. He will not return phone calls. If you do manage to get a check cut, you will find they have no money in the bank. Check the validity of the check first. It will bounce if there is no money, and you will be charged a banking fee.
The only number that goes straight to their local business office is listed here on the Insider Pages. You will never get through to anyone but the receptionist.
If you write a check, you will have little or NO chance of a refund if you need it. If you charge it, you will have to fight, but perhaps your credit card company will refund you. Do not risk it.
Go elsewhere. These people are borderline criminals. They have ripped off a local church for $7000, and other people for upwards of $8000. The will not hesitate to take your money and RUN.
