Marquis Auto Simon, Albert THEY DID NOT WANT TO SEND ME MY REGISTRATION AND PLATES! THEY WERE HANGING UP ON ME AND AVOIDING MY CALLS! brookyln New York
Absolutely AWFUL experience. I had the absolute DISPLEASURE of dealing with ALBERT and SIMON.
Once they receive their money, its like the customer no longer exists! The whole point of going through these third party car leasing companies is to avoid the stress of dealing with a car dealer first-hand. These people actually made my experience worse than any dealer would have.
I got the car with temporary plates and they ASSURED ME that my regular plates and registration are on the way and that I should not go to the DMV. NOW THE TEMPORARY PLATES AND REGISTRATION ARE EXPIRED AND THEY SIMPLY DO NOT WANT TO HELP ME!
Albert, who I purchased the lease from, is away on "vacation" and Simon keeps giving me the run around. I guess that is how they run their racket! Not to mention, I just realized the car has some scratches on it they never told me about initially!
Let my terrible experience be a lesson to any one who is thinking about purchasing a lease from this sham of a company. Stay away from them.
