Marsena Wallace & Larry of National General Insurance Marsena is a beligerant, subjective b**** adjuster who lies or at the least stretches the truth about vendors, such as describing a biz as "hole in the wall", larry Gregg another adjuster is a complete ambesia phyco who is also a liar North Carolina
WARNING DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!The adjuster showd up to look at a vehicle, i showd him where it was & he affirmed it. I never seen him after that, but he told his company i did not alliw acess! Another adjuster showed up days later, i asked if i needed to hold her hand to show her the car, i walked to the car, showed tge damage & said she did not need me anymore, she also left without seeing me. We dont have a large shop but a reputable, 33 year old established successful one. All insurance adjusters akways give us a estimate. She did not only left & wrote a email & said we were a "hole in the wall" shop & said we probably didn't even do the repair ourselves. Axfter talking to her claims rep, i conclude this is The WORST Insurance company i have ever dealt with & the Insured agrees.
