I want to personally share my experience.  I value my car and will never be ripped off like this again.  If you value you your vehicle DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.  I just wish I would have read the reviews on YELP.

SERVICE DEPT ISSUES.

Manuel Duran

Tiffany

John M. Schmidt

I am very much DISAPPOINTED with the low level of service at this dealership. I took my vehicle in for a safety check and the service was TERRIBLE.

My daughter and I sat and waited patiently for our vehicle to be checked.

Having our car handled without plastic over our leather seats and the disrespectful comments that were made by Manuel Duran was over the top. Tiffany is a LOUD talking disrespectful "asst service manager" that needs to be retrained on customer service.

Our interactions with the names mentioned above will be the reason that we will NOT RETURN to this place ever again for anything. The level of professionalism is BELOW AVERAGE and not worth the aggravation.

Stir away from this place, if you value your vehicle and are not looking for stress and unprofessional people.

FINALLY, when we finally got a hold of John M. Schmidt and the disrespect continued. After sharing my concerns and asking for a refund, I was told that he would refund the money and that once I took down this review. He told me that "I would not do business with this place either, after the way you were treated" Then in the same breath continues to disrespect me by adding that I was harassing them after sharing my concern. He stated "here is the deal" you want a refund, remove the comments on Yelp and then we will go from there" Who is your legal department? " I asked, "I'm it, it does not get past me"

Very rude and consistent with the other comments here on Yelp with his name mentioned. WE ARE DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!
