Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was hired into mcdj INC. on an entry level position. They had never hired entry level prior. I have the right attitude and am great with customers. The add said will train the right person. I am an average learner and consider myself to be bright and intellegent person. After 2 months of employment I was called to managers office and she said I was not going to work out and was terminating my employment. I asked why because I thought I was doing a great job and my personal best as an entry level. I had made small common mistakes here and there but to be expected with any no prior experience employee. She said I just wasn't what she was looking for and couldn't do the job as fast without the experience. I felt terrible. How do you knowingly hire someone in without the experience just to turn around and fire them? It takes time to learn all that intailed that job. I felt I was just getting the hang of everything and doing a good job-expecially because I had quick, inadequit training! I was confused and tried to debate this with her and she said she didn't want a discussion, she wanted someone else, and then went on to say she could have a bright high school girl right out of high school or her 12 year old daughter do a better job then I. I was apolled! The job itself was overwelming and had a high work load and little pay. Other employees had told me that's why the last 4 employees in that position had quit. I feel she was being compleatly unfair! She also fired me before my 90 days so I don't get any compinsation and I waisted all my time, effort, and 400.00 on office cloths. During the duration of employment I was happy, on time, and never missed a day, and did my personal best because I wanted to keep that job. I have a feeling I was wronged by this company.

Obviously you have never been to a professional dealership, heck most likely your driving some used vehicle with an odometer reading thousands of miles and still owe over 40% of your principle on it. And I'll bet you bought it from a used dealership that raped you on high interest rates and crappy warranty coverage. I came to this conclusion based on your feelings about car dealers; "Car dealers employ the lowest of the low." These are your words are they not? No one says things like this unless provoked by a bad experience. And lets address your pathetic attempt to advise someone on re-evaluating their choice in employment shall we? You seriously need a lesson in manners. For you did not advise anyone, rather you insulted someone you don't even know, in a situation you know nothing about, or do you? I have a suggestion for you. Maybe you should go back to kindergarten and learn some manners. I bet you make one hell of a first impression on people. You see, I believe it is the exact "lowest of the low" people you speak of that have influenced your behavior. Your no better than that which you speak out against. So crawl back into your little quiet space and keep your "useless" advice to yourself!

What does military service have to do with my response to the OP? What is the relationship? None that I can see. Obviously General McDumbass, you've been around too many explosions and your already feeble mind has suffered irreversible damage in the cognitive area. And yes, I'm proud to have never served in the military. The OP was fired from a freakin car dealer. Car dealers employ the lowest of the low. The intelllectual and social dregs and rejects of society. People who can't even work at McDonalds. Look at the spelling and grammar, it's absolutely deplorable. I advised this person to maybe stop complaining and do some self-evaluation and get some proper education. I was providing useful advice. Good day General.

To here's some advice, I can tell you are a very intelligent individual. Too bad you have no guts and no integrity. To needlessly lash out at an individual and say the ignorant garbage that you spilled out your mouth I wonder what grade you graduated from. You sound like you are maybe in high school and don't have a clue. I can tell you have never been in the service. Which comes to my point. You attack people and give them negative comments like you're better than them. Hate to burst your bubble but unless you put on a uniform and do your duty just shut up and keep your mouth shut. Unfortunately I have an obligation to this country and I don't get to choose whom I protect. You are so lucky for that. Nothing is more irritating to me or other service personal like me than cowards like you attacking our families while we are overseas protecting your right to say what ever you think you want. But at least over here the enemy shows us their face every now and then. So remember Hot Shot, "You can take the trash out the trailer, but you can't take the trailer out the trash." -DOC US Military Service Member

The manager was being very kind when she told you that a bright high school girl or her 12 year old daughter could do a better job. Judging by your spelling and grammar, a really stupid middle school kid with ADHD or a five year old could probably do a better job. My advice to you is to go back to school and start from where you left off (2nd or 3rd grade?) and pay attention this time. Then, just maybe, in about 15 or 20 years you'll have a high school diploma. A high school diploma will open the door to many fine careers that you are shut out of now. These careers include assistant fast food restaurant manager, head oil change man at Jiffy Lube or even door greeter at WalMart. The possibilities are endless!
