Martin Swantys Dodge They said they checked my instrument cluster and they didn't. They're were going to charge me 600 hundred to fix it. ripoff Bullhead Arizona
I went to have my water pump replaced and the instrument cluster checked because my gauges were not working. He also check the power stearing pump for leaks. He said he found no leaks there but it was leaking from the sending unit. So he replace it. Then he replaced the timing chain he said was bad. He said the instument cluster was bad and it would cost 600 hundred to fix. I said I would replace the part myself.
The next day I had a large puddle of oil in my drive way. He had over filled my van. I can't prove this but it was fine before or would'nt he have pointwed it out. Why would he replace the water pump and sending uint only to sean me away with a major oil leak. He points to the old oil and said its bee leaking awhile.
I have never cleaned the underneath of my vehicle. That doesn't mean I hadn't replaced the gaskets ion the past. I went to the junk yard and found the cluster he said was bad and but it in it did the exact same thing as the other one as soon as it got moist or wet it would come on.
I took it back up there and told them about the leak. He said it was comeing from the front of the engine but he wouldn't say exactly where. Then they checked the cluster and for some reason gave me a refund for labor and wouldn't say why. they wouldn't give the name of the head of the company and they were very rude. I can't belive they tried to get me for 600 dollars for a bad ground. Plus the gut totally messed up my engine over filling it, Then they said they would scatch my bill if I would like to buy a car from them because my car is to old.
