Marvin Haidar Starvin Marvin Strip Clubs Has you do work, starts off paying well then quits paying. Tells you to get a lawyer Dearborn, Michigan
He works like this: Do a small job and get paid quick, do another small job and again get paid quick then do a big job and don't get paid at all. That's how he works. He will eventually pay you provided you apply enough pressure and get a lawyer. He will not pay you unless you get a lawyer. He has done this to so many people it's not even funny. Go to the wayne county dot com and search his name in the register of deeds. His real name is Marwan Haidar not Marvin. He buys these strip clubs on land contracts for outrageous monthly payments then he gets strapped for cash but that doesn't stop him from remodeling them at your expense.
He has filed for bankruptcy, conned Conoco Phillips out of 1.6 million, has tax liens, and the worst part is when he doesn't pay you he tells you "I don't own that club" which he doesn't techincally own it because he bought it under a management agreement and the club and liquor license are still in the name of original owner. The guy is bad news. He doesn't even own a car he drives around in rental cars and yet he lives in a multi million dollar house at 591 Lakeshore Rd, Grosse Pointe Shores MI. Guess what? That's not his house, he's paying on a land contract. My advise would be to stay as far away from this guy as you can. BAD NEWS!!!
