Marwin landscaping was hired for an extensive renovation of my property to include stonework, irrigation, landscaping and lighting. He ripped up all existing plants and trees, then stopped showing up. Eventually he returned to do some stonework that was completely wrong. A professional landscape architect noted several profound mistakes that would never even pass inspection. It all needed to be redone.
He insisted on prepayment and would not return my money. He completed less than 1/7th of job and kept full payment. He has over $20,000 in unpaid judgements against him. He is a criminal who steals, using Marwin landscapes and property maintenance as a front.
Do not ever use him.
