DO NOT USE PREMIER PARKING FOR YOUR CRUISE!!
We were leaving the Port of Tampa going to the Airport and we were put on the wrong shuttle, we ended up at the Premier Parking Facility for the Port of Tampa.  After dropping off 1 couple (our friends) and an older gentleman, the driver realized we were not getting out, so he returned us to the Port of Tampa, at this time we realized our carryon was missing.  The driver immediately went back to the Parking facility and was told there was no luggage left there.  My husband and the shuttle driver went back a second time and once again the 2 young Parking attendants advised they never saw the bag.
Meanwhile we left a message for our friends who were driving back to their home in Florida asking them if they saw our luggage.  We had to get to the Airport as our flight left at 2, as we were pulling away from the gate, we received a call back from our friend.  He advised that when he gave his car keys to the parking attendant, the parking attendant brought his car to him.  Our friend realized that there was an extra bag left there and since the older gentleman never took possession, he checked the tag and realized that it belonged to us.  He then told the parking attendant of the mishap, the Parking Attendant told him that SuperShuttle comes by quite often and that he would return it to Super Shuttle.  At this point he was the last one in possession of the bag.  As Supershuttle denies having it as well.

Meanwhile, all we get is the run around from Premier Parking - they are actually calling our friends liars as well as my husband and me.  This young man stole our carryon which has very sentimental items in it.  I have had sleepless nights thinking about everything that was lost and I cannot believe that Premier Parking is allowing this young man to continue working even though he is a thief.  Police are now involved, but I doubt we will get anything back.  Our advice, stay away from Premier Parking as they do not care about the people who they work for, the consumer.
