After a couple of weeks of hearing nothing from Well Naturally, my husband contacted our bank to find out what could be done to have our money refunded. The bank explained that a month needs to pass from the purchase date, at which time our bank would contact her bank and she would need to supply proof that the items had been shipped or else our money would be refunded. That's what happened. A month after the purchase date, my money was refunded, presumably since Mary Robinson could not supply proof of shipment. Other purchasers who have found themselves in the same position I was in - money gone but no sign of the merchandise and no way to reach the owner - should approach their bank and find out how they could go about getting their credit card charges reversed. I hope this helps others.
