Mary Sheffield Real Estate False Charges on Security Deposit Austin Texas
Mary added multiple false charges to my security deposit so they could squeeze more money out of me. She has been incredibly difficult to deal with. She has "approved" cleaners that charged me $430 to clean when I could have done it myself or for under $200. She also refused to change the fire alarms which were over 5 years expired. She ignored my email request for explanations for weeks and then did not resolve the issues and was incredibly difficult to deal with.
She said she had a guy go test the fire alarms, which were clearly expired more than 5 years, and did not replace them, which is a violation of state law and a health and safety hazard.
