Massage Therapy - coastal 1, Palm Heat And Reheat We stopped at their kiosk to inquire about their product. The girl seemed very helpful and gave us prices and even cracked some of the disks to show us how they heated up. Myrtle Beach South Carolina
She stressed how wonderful it was that they could be used over and over. We thanked her and said we'd think about it and continued our morning mall walk. On the way back we stopped and talked to her again. She went on and on about the reuse of the item. We discussed with her how great it would be since we need the heat mostly on long trips. It would be marvelous!! She took our credit card, never letting us handle the product, quickly shoved it in a bag and handed it to us. Much to our dismay these things are worthless on long trips because you have to BOIL it for 20-30 minutes to soften the crystals. And to top it off they will not take it back (still in box and we have receipt) because they have an "exchange only" policy and that is for fourteen days. We purchased it three days ago and tried to take it back today. We were really duped!! Of all the questions we asked about using it over and over again on a trip, and her description and assurances that it would work so easily just pop the little disks and voila. At no point did the words "boil to reuse " ever come up. And she knew we were purchasing it specifically for travel.
