Martin's Auto Repair/mike repair work not needed East Providence Rhode Island
mike told me that the noise i was hearing from under ny hood was because i needed a pulley and fan belt. i told mike i had a new fan belt installed last year. he stated that i needed another one plus the pulley. when i picked up the car later that day i did not hear any noise. i left for maine the next day and started to hear the same noise(squeal). when i got back from maine , one week later i took my car back to martin's auto repair so mike could hear the noise again. at this time mike told me that it was the alternator making the noise. he stated it was a different sound. it was the same noise i was hearing before. i feel that mike misdiagnosed the problem and charged me for a fan belt and pulley i did not need. mike also installed new brake pads and rotors. the brakes are fine. but i still have the squeal i had before
