Matrix One Scam, Doesn't ship items, will not return calls Pasadena, California
Along with the other consumers that were scammed by this company, I just submitted a complaint with my bank to do a charge back. I've been getting the run around since I placed the order and haven't gotten a straight answer and maybe 2-3 email replies out of 10-15 emails sent. Horrible company. I do NOT suggest buying their tablet. If you're looking for a high quality tablet at budget prices, go to cowboom.com or somewhere similar. Used it better than getting no tablet.
