Matte Black Metalz Kept deposit and never manufactured contracted fence
Kevin with Matt Black Metalz was hired to manufacture 34 sections of construction fence. He was sourced off of Kijiji. Kevin requested a deposit of $1000 but we luckily never agreed to more then $500. Kevin never manufactured the fence. When contacted I was given many excuses from wife was in hospital, phone was lost and original phone number was changed, yes fence will be there etc. Fence was never built. One month after initial order I requested our $500 deposit back as we were now into job start and had to rent a construction fence. Kevin was fully aware of this deadline and assured me that there would be no problem with the manufacture and delivery of the fence. Kevin agreed to return the deposit and has again kept giving excuses as to never returning the deposit. We have now been left with no fence and a loss of money to Kevin. Kevin has successfully carried off an internet scam and has many online adds still online looking for more people to fall victim. His company email address is [email protected]. Please be careful.
