matthew c daily misrepresented estate property value .made written agreements to have me sign off of will,then reneged on agreement. tigard oregon
mathew c daily attorney at law ,was hired to represent my daughter upon the death of real estate holder. to my knowledge the said estate was not formally posted in the news paper for probate. my daughter and I were on the will.the estate had been listed on the market for the amount of 400.000 the previous year. but had not sold.upon my fathers death,my daughter retained mathew c daily .daily convinced my daughter the estate was valued at 200.000 it is unknown but believed daily ascertained property for profit.regardless daily requested me to sign off of will and made written statments of securing vehicles titles.I signed off of will on the contingency of this agreement.furthermore,vehicles vanished along with all public records.I have written documents to this effect thank you.ROBERT TIGARD OREGON.
