Matthew Studner Chestnut Hillbillies, Paper Preserve , I paid Matthew Studner in full for a Military Dump Truck. Every time I tried to arrange to pick it up his people at his company told me he was in Europe or unavailable. This went on for months. I called all the numbers he provided and he never called me back . His assistant finally told me he resold the truck and kept my money as well. I have never been refunded and after sever attempts to get him to live up to his obiligation he has not done the honorable thing. He and his people dragged this on long enough that I was unable to sue him. He still refuses to communicate or re pay me. Philadelphia Pennsylvania
Matthew Studner sold me a Military Dump Truck off EBay. When I tried to pick it up, his people said for months he was unavailable, either in Europe or out of town. This went on for over two years. I finally was told by his new assistant he had sold the truck to some body else and she could not refund my money because she had no records. I sent her my copies of the Pay Pal transactions , then I heard nothing. Matthew had given me several phone numbers to contact him. I would leave messages, and never get a reply. He dragged it on long enough that the statute of limitations on a small claims action ran out. To this day he has not Refunded my money or provided access to my truck I bought . I have full logs and records of this . I would suggest any one think twice when dealing with this man !
