We sell both Factory Seconds from Sealy and BRAND NEW FULLY WARRANTY sets from Englander, Spring Air, and Lady Americana. Only about 10% of our stock are factory seconds. Therefore, if you are not interested in purchasing a factory second by Sealy or Stearns & Foster (often they are not used but some are warranty returns and have been slightly used) you simple should look at the NEW Warranty sets only. Clearly this report was written by a competitor trying to disgrace our company (probably Kings Mattress Outlet). MATTRESS depot USA is the 5th fastest growing company in the State! We sold over 15,000 mattress sets in 2006 and will sell 30,000 in 2007 and we have less than a 1% unsatisfied customer rate which is very high for retail.
