Our first time making a big purchase we decided to buy from matresses for less.We bought $2400 of furniture. We dealt with maximo and felt like we can trust him in not ripping us off.
Bad decision.i bought a mattress for 800 with warranty he told us " if your wifes back still hurts call me and we will exchange it no if ands or buts" couple days later the back pains got worst.
I called and they said they couldn't do anything and if i wanted to exchange it i will have to pay 200 restocking fee
I spoke to maximo and told him "you didnt tell us that why" he got nervous and told us he forgot to tell us.what can i do this is money we didnt have just to be ripped off like that. What can i do?
