Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
He worked for him once, and one night we were watching that show with this guy driving around in a black Hummer fixing up homes.he jumped up and said "thats what this owner Chris Cox of Maximum Cooling was like working for" talking down to all his workers and constanly being out of his league in what he was doing for a living.whatever personality this guy Armando had (A,B,C,D etc)he said he acted and sounded just like Cox.he is now with a solid company and that company's atmoshere is very healthy(reflecting into his homelife, and mental health),and that leaving Maximum was the best move he ever made.he made the comment that he feels sorry for any young guys going into Maximums office, and thinking so this is what working in the HVAC field is like.

I was recently told about this website and the nonsense going on here, and I am sickened about what I have read. Although I can appreciate this type of website, I think that people should not use this site as a slanderous gripe session. Since these ex-employees are using my name, I should be able to use theirs, but I believe slandering someone's name is wrong therefore, I will not. Since I started Maximum, I have had the pleasure to meet a lot of great people and unfortunately, their opposites. These ex-employees think that they are untouchable and do not have to abide by any rules or regulations. Maximum has had and will continue to employ great people but in order to find these great people we need to go through the not-so-great. By nature I am a very giving and extremely understanding person, always trying to help my employees, figuring they would appreciate it in their time of need. I have had employees steal company vehicles, disconnected their GPS from my vehicles on the weekends so that they can use it for personal use, show up to for work late every day looking like they just rolled out of bed, and then try to leave early. I have had employees lie right to my face and even steal from me! I have had employees run up several thousand dollar phone bills, borrow money from me and than quit before paying it back, I have even had one employee get thrown out of a building for...well let's just say he was caught with a part of his body in his hand. I have even caught employees drinking on the job, but the best by far has been these posts. Being an employer you have to make hard decisions for the greater good of your company and for the best service for your clients. Then you are told that this discipline is wrong or that you "talk down to people" or that "you are a piece of work". It is never easy letting someone go or firing someone. Unfortunately this is a part of business. If any one of my ex-employees would like to talk in open forum (let's say right here) about how poorly they were treated by myself or my organization...the floor is yours. And since you can use my name, at least have the BALLS to use your own!!! If not, this will speak multitudes of your character. I will continue to watch for your posts and will gladly respond in great detail about any topic started from a true a ex-employee, name stated, not relatives, friends, anonymous posts or pets. Best regards, Christopher M. Cox Maximum Cooling, Inc.
