Hello Patricia, So you think it is ok to call hard working people in the workplace who have no authorization to buy a business to business white page directory that lists the entire United States in it? A directory that lists people, then asks them to pay after a very deceptive phone call? A directory that NEVER updates its listings since it's only a Scam for JEFFREY SHOLZBERG, a scam artist who lives off of its profits? A directory not recognized by any library in the US? Mayrand Publishers is a Telemarketing SCAM and your reaction is because it's getting harder for you to collect and make the commission from you boss. Mayrand Publishers sells a product which by its very nature is useless. How did they brainwash you? Is it the money or can't you get decent work or speak French. You know what JEFFREY SHOLZBERG is, don't you? Report him to the Canadian Competition Bureau because you are upsetting many a good person. If he gets prosecuted, you will receive a hefty reward, call them to see. You know you HATE him like all his employees do! This is in reply to the ex-employee who evidently must have quit or been fired for misrepresenting the company and that is why they are making accusations against Mayrand Publishers. People come and go from companies all the time and Mayrand Publishers does NOT tolerate and misbehavior, liars or people that are in the business for a quick buck. I have been with the company long enough to know that they have done nothing wrong, similar to Sears/Wal-Mart every company will have complaints, but the simplicity of it is this: if someone were to call my business and ask me to confirm an order and ask my position and state the price ask if i was authorized etc....i would have cut the call off from the beginning as I would never accept an order on behalf of the company. We give the utmost quality product, especially in comparison to those other companies out there that do not even send any products. We thrive on customer satisfaction and have not just one business directory, but many volumes with updated information that we pay alot of money for and it is insulting to here that a miserable ex-employee can only refer to the company as a scam, when it was probably them that was scamming the clients and that is most probably why they no longer work here. How you get Caught: SALES CALLS: You get called with a telemarketer saying "I'm calling to update your listing in the Business to Business White Pages. They go over your details, you reply YES, YES YES. QUALITY CONTROL: You get called again to confirm the details for shipping it out. The price is mentioned but in digits. Never is the word hundred is used. This is done very quickly so it sounds like a few dollars. They ask you if you are authorized to make the purchase. This is recorded in MP3. MP3s are altered! The Directory or CD-Rom Arrives. Later a invoice arrives. What do you do? Call or Write your Attorney General immediatly without telling them and throw the Directory or CD-Rom in the Garbage. Call the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General of Upstate New York (Where Mayrand Publishers sends and receives Mail) File a POSTAL FRAUD REPORT at your Post Office.
