I was contacted about the company's address and information. I was never told the price of the book. The book is completely useless to company. When the book arrived I called to get a rga number. Chris in Customer Service flat out refused to give me a rga. When I specfically told him I didn't want the book and I wanted to speak to manager he said NO. So I told him that I was returning the book and never wanted to hear from them again.

I have seen your report on this company and the amount of people that reported this company. I hope i can give you some insight about this company and can you please forward this to all the innocent people who reported on this comapny. I used to work for this company and they are a total scams. They all live in Montreal Canada and here is their adress. It was established in 2001.
