Merchants Barter Exchange responded to an ad I had for blogging.

One of them, Anthony , said he will pay me 150 barter bucks a week to blog

He said it would be weekly..well a month passes and I am blogging and posting ads

and no payment..No goods. no Anthony.

 

I even secured someone interested in business.

 

He never got round to honoring his end ..Now I have to go undo all

my hard work.. I had seen things about Merchants Barter Exchange MBE but

kind of ignored it ..giving benefit of the doubt..

 

Stay away..No payment for my work!

I was hired by Steve Bolles in May of 2010 to blog for MBE and I was supposed to be paid $150 real dollars for every blog that got posted.  In all i got 28 blogs up for MBE but Bolles only sent me a check for $3,800 and it bounced. I had to scream and b***h and threaten to go to the police before he even returned my phone call!  Then he told me he would pay me $5,000 a month if I would be a referral for him under the name of "Simon Hopkins" and play the role of a happy and prosperous MBE franchise owner in Cleveland. I regret that I agreed but I was laid off from work, have three young kids to feed and am facing a foreclosure. Anyway, I play my role just as Bolles trained me for over a dozen investor who called me but Bolles only paid me $2,500 by western union after I refused to take another one of his checks. He promised me the balance within a week, but that was 3 months ago!!!  Bolles is a bum and MBE is a scam!

Well update .. The President sent some compensation and was  very professional along the way.. As long as the person on the top makes sure things get done then  there is hope for the company.. Mr. Bolles took time to make sure all was done .. and though am waiting .. he has made a gesture to make the wait lest burdesome..thanks.

Sounds a lot more like stalling until you give up.

Give him a deadline, if he agrees but doesn't follow through You've been/being had.

Well.. The President has contacted me again

I am looking forward to something..

 

One thing I can say is the President does call and

say he is working on getting the items over.

 

Guess I never imagined it being so long and I could

use a little more patience.

 

I appreciate the communication made by

the PResident of MBE and look for the item to arrive soon.

 

The top fellow is making an effort ..  to make things right.

Desptire the PResident owner promising .. I never received the item promised for blogging.. and he did put me down for asking for the tracking ..


Don't work for barter bucks you will have to wait for a long time

 I was foolish to agree to such pay...  I am going to ask up

front pay from now on!!

I was contacted by Owner of MBE: Merchants Barter Exchange

He apologized to me and said he wished I would have called sooner

He was so apologetic that I was moved to update this post.

I am sure sometimes people get super busy so I am posting

to say this time this is what happen..someone in the company

got reallly busy  and therefore something was overlooked.

The fact that they apologized means alot to me..

Everyone makes mistakes; saying sorry is a sign of character

and integrity. Thanks for taking time to make good on the

program. I truly appreciate it. and I think that says alot

about your company. .. I have not had any personal problems

but technical problems.. . These seem to be resolving themselves

thank you .!
