After reading severial reports on this company, I decided to do a little looking on my own. This is what i found out MBNA is the biggest supporter of the Bush adminastration. In 1999 Charles Cawley had a party at his house where HE and the 200 guest each gave $1,000.00 = $200,000 Dollars. 1999/2000 the employess of MBNA gave the amount of $240,000. With CHARLES CAWLEY giving from his own check book $100,000 Dollars.
Certian post ask why move the interest rate this is why because of this Bush push through a bill that will generiate tens of billions of in additional revenus for MBNA, while CLITON was in office he had Vitoed this same bill.
I too no what it is like to be loured in by MBNA after a job loss, they called day and night, no matter what you do they do not read any info you send them, they made threats againts my self and my wife, i was so distrout they would not let up. The threats continued till the point of the firm they hired to harrass me that they would wreck my wifes credit and take the house we live in. The information they had was not correct they talked about my DEAD DAD AND MY DEAD MOM ASKED IF THEY COULD HELP ME. They said they were going to take use to court unless we paid the by noon the next day, also i had disputed this debt calling for them to adhear to the fair debt collection practices, they said in did not matter, they wanted their money.
O this past year i did not vote for bush.

Contact the Attorney Generals Office in there own state and write them to let them know of the tricks being played on them.

To those of you having trouble with MBNA. i recently got a letter from the Attorney Generals Office of the State of Florida, were as they they forwarded my complaint to the office of the Comptroller of the Currency 1301 McKeinney Street Suite # 3450 Huston TX 77010. I would suggest that every one look up there Attorney Generals Office in there own state and write them to let them know of the tricks being played on them. While you are at it write this address also. Attorney General M. Jane Brady Carvel State Office Building 820 N. French Street Wilmington DE 19801 THIS IS MBNA HOME SATE.
