MBS Litigation Mitchel Tarter took $2000 from our checking account to include us in a mass tort lawsuit and never filed the suit or included us, promised us a refund and never gave it to us, did nothing on our behalf. New York New York
We hired MBS Litigation firm to be part of a mass tort lawsuit. Mitchel Tarter is the lawyer we dealt with. He basically told us to wait and it would be filed soon. We waited for many months and finally got a hold of him. It was a Friday and he said it was going to be filed the next Monday. We called him back that Monday and he said we couldn't be part of the suit, because we didn't live in New York and he would refund our money. We have exhausted all our options from attorney general to the bar association, etc. to no avail. I know this has happened to many people because I had a former employee call me to tell me there were many others and asked me many questions. I also had a lawyer from Denver call as well with questions.
