Rod Mc Cannell was hired to build our home in beautiful Santa Rosa Ca. He took a long time constructing our dream home only leaving us with major construction defects, bad workmanship and million dollars of repairs. Rod Mc Cannell did not follow permitted architect or engineer plans has he made us believe. Our balconies were not sloped properly, or waterproofed which had leaked and dry rotted the entire deck. We found out that Rod Mc Cannell skipped interior shear walls that were engineered for our home. Rod Mc Cannell did not bolt our home to the foundation correctly. Rod Mc Cannell used incorrect material throughout the home to cut corners. Rod Mc Cannell left our family with an unsafe home and a million plus of financial repairs.
