McAfee Computer Systems ripoff-failure to refund cancellation of software program Las Cruces New Mexico
I purchased this antivirus software program on 6.25.04 and cancelled it on 7.15.04, well within their 30-day refund policy.
On 8.14.05, I was told by said company that my refund would show on my credit card statement within 1-2 cycles. It didn't!
I emailed them on 10.14, 10.20 and 10.26, to no avail. I emailed the manager on 11.2, with no response as well.
I called McAfee on 11.7, only to hear that their mailbox is full!
To this date, 4.5.05, there has been no refund-cost $37.18!
Please do not get involved with this company, and let's boycott them until they are out of business!
