McDonald - Stagg Restaurant NO CUSTOMER SERVICE San Antonio Texas
I walk in to the place and it is Cold very cold i sit by the tv and i am hit by cold air they have the AC on i ask them to turn the ac off and turn on the Heat oh and by the way its in the 30's out side and they have the ac on.A team lead tells me that they have no control of the temp its done from the main office WOW ok so i ask for the number and i was given some BS # i guess they did not want me calling.But go to any of the Staggs places and you will find they do not care about how the customer feels the want to save money on the heating bill.And Ned Staggs will not ever return a call if its a complaint all he cares about and makes sure is that the money keeps rolling in......................
