McDonalds Corporation ripoff Did not recieve my PSP stil after 8 Months Oak Brook Illinois
On August 2, 2005 I bought a large fry and enderd the code into the McDonalds Mac Code web site. I had won a PSP in the Mac Code game. My Code had been verified and I received a phone call to verify my information again and this happed 3 times and I was told that it was going to be mailed out. It is now March of 2006 and I Still have NOT received my PSP! I have tried to contact the Corporation several times and they tell me that it is being "Researched" and that is it.

You need to keep calling them until you get it. As long as you have the winning piece, they owe you the system. Call them four times a day. Tell them you really want the machine. During the first and second calls, kill them with kindness. Explain your situation and how you are still waiting for your PSP and you want the matter closed. During the 3rd call, cop an attitude, and right when they start to get beliigerent with you, go back to killing them with kindness and apologize profusely for offending them. If it takes a 4th call, get a Dirty Harry voice going and DEMAND DEMAND DEMAND your system. It also helps to tell them you are contacting an attorney. Even better, tell them you already have an attorney. Just don't swear at them. But be a wise-a*s and a hard-a*s at the same time. This should work. I feel really bad for you. For it to have gotten this far, Mcdonalds obviously have zero respect for you and they are probably laughing at you. You are probably the talk of the office. "Remember that kid who won the PSP and we didn't give it to him? Oh man that was sweet." Don't be a joke to Mcdonalds, call call and call some more. (if you no longer have the winning piece, you might as well give up, the win)
