It could have gotten lost in the mail. That does happen. I am surprised they didn't try to make it right with you, but I'm sure they have some clause to cover prizes lost in the mail.
Ronnie: ""Seems
this contest is a crock. All they have to do is not activate the card

legitimate company would do. Or cancel it if it is being used
fraudulently..which I highly doubt is the case as they would need some
personal information before activating a card. ""
They are probably gift cards. If its just a gift card, mcdonald's probably does not track them. Most gift cards do not require you to input any personal information for you to use them. You just get them and go use them. I"m sure they just had a stack of the cards, and threw one on a piece of paper and mailed it. No need for them to keep track of the serial number.

So it seems they are full of it...well full of the same stuff McDonald's burgers are made from..need I mention.
On a side note..if you have been reading through the reports here (do a search or advanced search "citibank shell gas card" etc)..you will find they have been canceling customers left and right..and all of these customers claim they have never been late and never went over limit.
Something smells a little fishy here..and not just a "fillet o fish" either.
