 I stopped by the McDonald's located at 3026 N. Hampton Road, I Dallas, TX 75212 to buy something to eat and charge my phone (which was completely dead). Around 7:45 pm. While at the register I asked staff what time did they close and the manager said at 9 pm. As I was heading out of town on an emergency and realized I had left my car charger at home while rushing out the house I decided to charge my phone while I ate and figured I would stay until 9 pm. My food came at 8 pm and at 8:35 I finished eating. At this point a heavy set black female security guard, who had been strangely watching me all the while I was there and acting very odd walked up with keys in her hand. She told me to leave the restaurant as the manager had given her the keys and told her to lock up. It was at 8:40 pm when she said this, I looked up confused because the manager had told me the restaurant closed at 9 pm. So I asked her why was I asked to leave before the advertised closing time. She then became very rude and nasty and told me 'you not suppose to sit in here all day. You're suppose to eat your food and get out'! I was shocked by this and walked to the front where I spoke to the restaurant manager about how I had been treated. The manager seemed clueless as to why I was told to leave and reiterated the restaurant closes at 9 pm. But I noticed she never said anything to correct the security guard. So I just decided to leave. I asked for the name and number of the store franchisee and the manager, another black woman, looked at me and said she didn't know the franchisees name or number. I found it unbelievable that the manager wouldn't know who she answered to. I then asked for the number to the corporate office and the manager said she didn't have that number either and she didn't make an attempt to even find the number. By this time other customers had walked in and were sitting down to eat and the security guard did not approach them. Also during this time, the security guard had walked back up towards me and was screaming for me to leave while the manager stood by timidly and didn't say anything. I paid almost $10.00 for my meal and could not believe how I was being treated. To make matters worse I had found what appeared to be a water cockroach cooked in with my fries that staff swore was a burned overly cooked fry but the d**n thing had legs. I simply threw them away rather than deal with the type of staff I had noticed this restaurant had. I told the security guard I had never been told there was a time limit on eating and that I was simply charging my phone. There was ample seating in the restaurant. The security guard then told me, in front of this clueless, timid manager, that I had stopped eating (she had evidently timed me) and that customers get "30 minutes to eat and then they need to leave". UNBELIEVABLE. At this point I asked the security guard for her company's name and she simply turned and walked off. As I was gathering my things I told the employee that the security guard would not give me her companies name and the mcdonalds manager said she didn't know what company the security guard worked for and this little juvenile employee ran to the security guard who had walked in the restroom screaming "she say you wouldn't give your companies name" which prompted the security guard to walk out the restroom screaming at me that I was creating a 'disturbance' and to "get out the restaurant now!" All I did was ask for her company's name which she refused. The security guard them dialed 911 for the police to come and have me thrown out the restaurant I had just spent $10.00 to eat at because I didn't leave after 30 minutes. The name on the security guards shirt said 'DARPA' but I can't find a contact number for the company. Also to make matters worse, this type of rude customer service from this security guard is apparently the 'norm' because one of the workers told me the guard speaks to everyone in a rude manner. I think this is a Roland Parrish restaurant (Parrish restaurants LTD) and if so he really needs to shake up management. This is no way to treat a customer and from I see in the reviews this restaurant has a reputation for poor service.

Robert, or "RobStacey" (as you both are the same person), you've done nothing but attack this poster. That's all you've ever done. Attack the posters who air their grievances on ripoff report. Give it a rest. You've been attacking the people for years. What do you get out of doing this? I believe this poster. I've seen no reason to believe someone would go through all this trouble to put a false review. The report sounds truthful to me. And no I didn't read that book you wrote. It's nothing but garbage. You have way too much time on your hands. And how many aliases do you have on ripoff report anyway? I suggest you get a life. Endlessly trolling the people who post on ripoff report is a waste.

Yes for some reason you somehow obsessed with me and try to make this about me, as you spent about 90% of your update with personal attacks, the 10% you actually tried to talk about the report still turned into a personal attack.



The fact is that you are attacking me personally because you can't defend the poster or their claims, as you can not counter or debate with any comprehension the logic and truth of my statements.  Of course you will say that is wrong, but then within 1 or 2 sentences start hitting those personal attacks again.  Expected and actually I am quite honored that you put so much effort into it.



You claim that I do the following

"alleging every single post on ripoff report are fake"

"everyone who dares to post a complaint about a business is a angry ex-employee"

Both of those statements have been proven, time and time again to be false...no matter how many times you say it. 

Now, what has all of this "misdirection": that you are doing done to this report.  It made MORE people read it.  It made MORE people look at the other site and compare the reviews.  It made MORE people actually see that this poster has some serious holes in their stories.  It has also given MORE people a good laugh when they read all of your responses along with the OP's aliases. 



This has really run it's course.  So while I won't be responding to this anymore I am sure you will be back here many more times claiming some sort of perverted victory probably because I didn't mention one of your many other points or claims..More power to you.

 Robert, or as you should be called 'RobStacey' (as you and the poster Stacey are the SAME EXACT PERSON WHO TROLL BACK TO BACK" - nothing you've found or said invalidates the credibility of this report. Absolutely nothing. You've trolled this person (and thousands of others on ripoff report) out of anger because you've had ripoff report filed on you. This thing with ripoff report is personal with you and you take your anger out on every poster you can. Then you said that you file rebuttals on less than 1%. That's simply because there are millions of reports filed on ripoff report and all you've managed to get to is about 1% or less than that. But it's certainly not for lack of trying because I've seen you (and your alias Stacey) troll hundreds of ripoff reports that I've personally read. With juvenile attacks. Playing 'pseudo detective'. This poster was treated awful and they have the right to air their grievance online. Just like anyone else. And you RobStacey (as you two, again, are the SAME PERSON, would do best to go and find something more worthwhile to take up your time. Than trolling random strangers who post on ripoff report. My advice to the original poster is to please type a letter and forward it to the security guards manager as well.

Ahh.. Robert. Ripoff troll Robert with his alias named Stacey, I've been an avid reader of ripoff report for several years

- Yet in all of the years and reports you claim I post to, this is the one that sent you over the edge in having to respond as "Oscar B". I will say I doubt you are the Original Poster, in fact I have a pretty good idea who you are based on your writing. And I will tell you that unlike you("Oscar B") I have never posted a single response under a different alias.

- Really? Every report is fake? Sorry but I respond to probably less than 1% of the total reports posted and of those probably only question the "fakeness" a fraction of times.  By the way I can guarantee that Stacey and myself are totally different individuals and based on what she has posted are in two totally different areas of the Country.

Why does (RobStacey - THEY ARE THE SAME PERSON) do this? Because at one point and time 'RobStacey' has had a ripoff report filed against him or one of his friends or family and now he considers it his mission to troll ripoff report in his spare time and cast dispersions on the millions of people who come to this forum to air their grievances.

Of course not, so that means that this person couldn't even keep their story straight for the few minutes it took to post on both sites and felt that they needed to call themselves something different to make it appear even more different. This is where the OP failed and failed bad.

Now all of this Robert knows very well. Robert (and his alias Stacey) have been trolling ripoff report for years and they are well aware that other complaint sites often copy the complaints off of ripoff report, which is by far the most popular complaint site. RobStacy has taken the position that everyone who dares to post a complaint about a business is a angry ex-employee.

And even if it wasn't deleted.. If the persons phone was CHARGING as they said it was then maybe that was more important.

- Oh you are failing here. You forgot totally about the other report where he was checking his email on his laptop..perhaps he didn't even have his phone in that reality. Then RobStacey alleged that the other posters are one and the same. This is just another deflection because the report link could very well have been captioned and SHARED on social media (on this persons twitter or facebook ) or even blog posts about customer service (which number in the millions) or Mcdonalds. Many people with shared experiences feel the need to then respond.

- But again...the experiences were different. Why would all of these random postings all over the Internet end up on this site.

Many people who are shocked by this treatment feel the need to respond.

- If you truly have been around this site for any length of time you would know that the number and type of responses within that short time are outside the "norm" for this site. If people hate McDonalds so much, why doesn't every other McDonalds report have this type of response? Did the OP just happen to catch the one day that all of the McDonald's haters were online and looking up complaints about McDonalds?

The store treated this one customer differently than others that night.

- Again..how do you know this for a fact? The only way you would know this is if you were there. The ONLY thing the other poster said was that people that came in AFTER were still eating. So they are in a different situation based on what was written...unless you know more than you are saying.

It appeared from what the customer said that the customer was targeted by this security guard. And what restaurant sits and 'times' it's own customers unless it's looking to eventually go out of business. It's understandable that the store would want to lock up as the area is a bad area (I researched crime statistics in the zip code)

- Really people calling the location and may others to get the policy, people offering to call corporate, and you looking up crime statistics is totally normal and acceptable. But someone type in the address in the most popular consumer review site and all of the sudden they are some horrible troll who has nothing better to do...oh yea because they pointed out something that makes the report extremely suspect.

An again if you have been around this site you know that things such as people claiming to make all of these calls in support of the OP does not happen on any other report.

Just awful. It didn't happen to me but I still feel awful (and anger) fight along with this customer.

While it is very obvious this report is extremely suspect. The motive still sort of eludes me. But I am sure if I let the OP continue to dangle the true motive will soon become apparent.

I'm sure if the store came across this complaint they would know about this person as it seems this CUSTOMER is going to escalate this issue by how the complaint reads.

This is a high crime area and they had every right to ask you to leave!!  Go to the Dollar Store and BUY a charger.  Stop playing the victim. Roach in your fries and you still ate them? RIGHT. If you heading out of town on a "emergency" you sure did take your sweet time to get there.  Your report is a joke and the "ghetto" is just uncalled for. 

Grow up and get real. I know because I LIVE in Dallas. And NO I do not know this location or work there.

But in your zellous quest to post this report and make up fake people, you have made several mistakes that are easily discoverable.  Now, in order to not reveal all of your issues(yet) that made this quite obvious let me just post one...

If by some chance this site redacted the above link, all you need to do is go to the review site y e l p and type in the address of this location.

You will see a Review, in fact the first Review by a person claiming to be "Jame L".   Now why is this significant?  Because if you read the review it almost matches this report exactly. 

The McDonald Location matches.

The time they were told it closes matches.

The Time they got there matches.

The time they got their food matches.

The time they finished their food matches.

The time they were asked to leave matches.

The description of the refusal of the Security Guard to give their company matches.

The mentioning of the security guard calling 911 matches.

Both reports were posted today

And many other items match....

So you would say that this is the same situation..right?

WRONG, and that is where the OP et al messed up.  You see in the Yelp Review they were in the McDonalds reading Email on their Laptop.  Nothing about charging their phone, nothing about a Family Emergency.  In addition to posting a report today, but claiming to have been there 6 months ago in the Yelp review.   Now, you may actually have enough brain cells to actually edit your review on Yelp, so I have for the courtesy of others posted a screenshot of the review as it stands now.

Now, COULD two distinct people have an almost identical experience down to the minute 6 months apart?  Sure...but then again I could have just won the Internet Lottery and all I need to do is send Bill Gates $20 to claim my prize.

I have no idea what your true motive is, perhaps it is how bad McDonalds is for you.  Perhaps you got fired from this location.  Perhaps it is something totally different.  But it is now proven that no matter how many more people you pretend to by the fact remains you can not get by this obviously made up story.

Well, at least these low wage, section 8, ignoramouses at McDonald's have given you a reason to avoid that poison all together. It's killing people. It's pumped full of pesticides and chemicals. Cook at home. Eat Healthier. Avoid Poison and idiots at the Same Time. Can't Beat It. 

This is just more proof McPOISON doesn't care about it's customers. If it did it would not pump STEROIDS and CANCER CAUSING CHEMICALS into its food. 

DO NOT FEED THIS CRAP TO YOUR FAMILY! THIS IS PROOF ENOUGH. MCDONALD'S WOULD RATHER YOU CHOKE THAN EAT THERE ANYWAY. LOL.

I Contacted This Restaurant and Asked About this policy. It's TWO HOURS. So Why Was This Customer Forced Out after 35 Minutes? Does This Restaurant Not Follow It's Own Policies?

I called this restaurant and inquired about this policy because the McDonald's here in Phoenix has no such policy. They say they were unware of any time limits on customers eating their food. But the manager at this location stated the time limit was two hours. That still doesn't explain why an aggressive security guard would force this person out after 35 minutes. Especially when they had paid to eat there. Also before closing time. This restaurant is not managed properly. This is why you have breakdowns in protocol like this. The store's own policies weren't followed.

I've never known a restaurant to make a person leave after just 35 minutes in the store. I always take longer than that. If McDonald's has adopted this policy they will certainly lose customers. I've seen people stay for an hour or two while eating and talking with family and friends. I've never heard of anyone being run off. Especially after just 35 minutes. 

I'm pretty sure their policy isn't to run off customers after 35 minutes. Please double check this. 

What an awful thing to do to someone. Especially a paying customer. I guess they don't understand that paying customers keeps them in business. I'm sure there are plenty of other places that will take your money and give you alll the time you need to eat. Normally places that have wifi don't time anyway. They know some people will work on laptops, etc. Weird.

When I eat at McDonald's I always take my time because when you rush you can cause  digestive issues. If I want to scroll on my cell phone I do. I often take over 45 minutes to an hour when I go to ANY establishment. I take my time to eat. I don't rush. It's absurd for anyone to think that everyone will eat in 35 minutes or less. Who wants to go to a restaurant where they will be rushed? It's certainly not loitering. Taking 35 minutes to eat or even one hour to eat a meal is not loitering. To suggest so is foolishness. 

Unbelievable. Another reason to stop eating at McDonalds. Their food is poisonous anyway.

Random Reader Here Giving My Two Cents:

I've been going to McDonald's for over 25 years in different states and cities. I use to be a trucker. I no longer am. However there have been times I needed to charge a device or work on my laptop, especially after going into business for myself. I have never, ever heard of someone being 'timed' to eat their meal. This is horrendous customer service. I have never, ever been 'timed' and there have been times I've been with friends and we stayed and chatted for a while. This person was just treated horrible and there is no excuse for this behavior. Someone along the way dropped the ball with customer service. I for one will avoid this location. But I just can't imagine being humiliated as this customer was. When you pay your money to eat in an establishment you expect to 'not be hurried'. And to think this person was told to leave before the stated closing hours. It does seem like this security guard watched the person eat and timed them. This seems downright hateful, spiteful and vindictive. Unbelievable. 

And you brought up a car charger? Really? I for one would never  have thought to drive and find a dollar store that late at night if I could simply charge my devices inside. Very petty of whomever this poster is that's stating someone is 'loitering' because they didn't immediately hurry out of a restaurant the minute they finished eating. I have children. I have a business. I have held meetings in McDonald's. I never once had someone sit and time us. This is a terrible way to run a business. 

I feel sorry for this customer and I will forward their complaint to the Corporate office myself. No way is this standard protocol.

You were loitering and the resturant had every right to ask you to leave their PRIVATE property.  It doesn't matter if you spent $10, $1, or $1000.  You were given ample time by your own admission to eat your meal before they asked you to leave.  In fact my many people's standards a significant amount of time...35 minutes. 

As for the Cockroach.  In addition to loitering, there is also something called Libel and Slander that you should take a look at.  There is no way that there was a Cockroach in your fries, because if there was any "normal" reaction would not be to continue eating their meal.  A person would not just throw it away figuring they don't want to deal with it.  No, they would take at least a picture with their phone(which by the way you admit you had), and since it was charging we know it was plugged in and could be used to take a picture.   At the very least with all of the other complaints you had, you would have dug it out of the trash.

Oh and as for your emergency.  Again, if this was such an emergency, why didn't you spend 5 minutes and about $2 at your local Dollar Store to pick up a car charger?  No, you were willing to spend by all acounts 1 hour and 15 minutes while your phone charges at their resturant, and even in that time you probably wouldn't get a full charge.  When I have family emergencies, my goal is to get where I need to get and do what I need to do in order to do that. 

Oh and No I do not work for this or any other fast food resturant. In fact I don't think I have ever been within 100 miles of this location.
