EDITOR’S Comment to statements made about Ripoff Report: 

Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, even when it is about us.  We understand that people who have complaints written about them are upset and want to place blame somewhere, especially if they feel the content of the Reports are false.  We also understand that individuals want to blame our website rather than where it belongs – on the person who wrote the Reports in the first place.  Using the same method that we provide FREE OF CHARGE to all of our users, we would like to “set the record straight” as to the comments posted about our website through this Rebuttal.  Every user of our website has the opportunity to tell their side of the story, for free, just as we will do here.  We certainly encourage users to “set the record straight” and tell their side of the story by using the free methods available to them before they consider other Ripoff Report programs (such as our VIP Arbitration Program or the Corporate Advocacy Program) or alterative avenues (such as filing a lawsuit against the Author of the report) that cost money.

The Author of this report is incorrect in saying that Ripoff Report will remove a Report for $2,000, or for any amount of money for that matter.  Ripoff Report has always had a uniform policy of NOT REMOVING Reports.  Ripoff Report is a permanent Record.

Our policy can be viewed on our website by clicking HERE.   $2,000 is the cost of Ripoff Report's VIP Arbitration Program - a program that (((REDACTS))) only challenged statements of facts in a Report that are found to be to be false after presentation of evidence to an independent arbitrator.  Even in that instance, the Report is not removed. I have researched the information offered by this company to remove this false review only to find that a $2000 non refundable fee is to be deposited before any action is taken. Review sites like Yelp may overly scrutinized they're reviews but serve the consumer base with a far better and accurate way of eliminating the businesses who do wrong. So for now we react to all as necessary. Although with any form of technology I believe this will evolve hopefully into an even more accurate and efficient process, to evenly protect the consumer AND the honest right doing businesses from the unreasonably unfair either/or. Nothing is to be hidden as an honest, moral establishment when mistakes or miscommunications occur. The difference is made when a company cares and believes enough in they're values to go above and beyond to do what is right by mind and heart to continue to instill these values even past operational hours.

I live a mile from McFall Tire and have had work done on several cars at their location.  They have been extremely helpful in finding issues, giving estimates, and in the case of minor issues, not even charging me for the work.  

I have bought tires and had engine work done here.  In every case, the estimate was reasonable and the work done at that cost.  If more issues were discovered, they called me and asked if I would like an additional estimate or if I wanted only the original work done.

This is just about the only fair and trustworthy family-owned garage I will take any of my vehicles to.  I trust their work ethic, their judgment, and their work. 

I doubt there is any type of discrimination or racial or gender bias at McFall Tire. 

 There are multiple inaccuracies in this report. This customer was asked to leave nicely after communications broke down when I was called a RACIST. I had no problems understanding her at any point. Later in the day I attempted to reach her to further discuss the issue in hopes to come to an agreement and was unsuccessful. The "EXECUTIVE" which I am sure is the actual author of this report was not present nor preve to all of the information and was extremely confrontational and unprofessional. I was hoping this person would be helpful to find a fair conclusion, but to my suprise she was very much the opposite.  I have since spoken with two of the customers sons which have both assured me that they're mother is happy and understanding of the offer we have extended to her but she recently purchased a new car so it is unnecessary. Also her son that has since done business with our company nicely apologized for the unfare comments that were made towards me and my business.
