I even tried to file a dispute my credit card company but they sided with McGeorge even though I was not told that the deposit was not refundable. I never saw the back of the form that said there was no cool-off period. The sales person only faxed me the front page. I tried to get the amount as credit towards parts but they said it could not be done because it went towards their "prep fees". I could however apply it to another RV. The RV has since been sold and they charged the other buyer a prep fee as well.
