Unfortunately, I had been a customer of MCI Worldcom for over a year before I had the service shut off in October. This abusive company refuses to answer your service questions in under an hour at the customer service center. Then after neglecting to fix problems with the bill, (not turning on Free nights and weekends), They send me a bill for over $3,400! Since I was unable to resolve the problem, I obviously was not going to pay for this mistake. My account went to collections, then it went to an outside collections, who are unsympathetic. I have paid about 700 dollars and that probalby will cover my service for the 14 months that I had the phone. I need suggestion as to how I can deal with this company as I cannot get a human to answer the phone. Thank you
