Joey Greenwood and Mcln have failed to provide service as agreed. I hired the company and Joey Greenwood to provide loan modification and credit repair. I paid the company at once $995. The company stated that they would contact me with HUD right away yet they failed to do so. Shortly after that I learned that the company never contacted the mortgage company or HUD. AT that point I requested a refund. The company agreed that they would issue a refund yet to date no refund has been received. When I call the company all I get is the run around. The company claims that they have issued the refund yet this has not yet happened. The Company is a scam and so is Joey Greenwood do not go with them at all.

I WAS HIRED AS AN EMPLOYEE WITH MCLN TO SELL PACKAGES TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS. WITHIN A FEW WEEKS OF WORKING THERE I REALIZED THAT MCLN..NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE INTENTIONS...WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MEET THE PROMISES TO THEIR CLIENTS AND LEFT THE COMPANY. I AM SORRY YOU HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO GET INVOLVED WITH THEM.....BUT ONCE AGAIN I WAS ONLY AN EMPLOYEE DOING AS INSTRUCTED AND SELLING A PRODUCT FOR THEM.

I am always interested when a complaint is filed to ripoff report whereby there are 4 complaints all made within a 6o minute span...and conveniently or coincidentally from a few different states....what are the chances of that.........in all seriousness though.....MCLN is not a scam.....if by chance i really signed you up....and not Matt Green as you mentioned in one of the other complaints you filed while you were sitting at your desk with nothing to do for that hour.........and you were not contacted within the 72 hour time promised, you had my contact information...why did you not contact me back so i could follow up for you...we find in most cases THAT MCLN HAS TRIED TO CONTACT THE CLIENT SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO LUCK.....the problem seems to be with you...you have no problem hopping online to whine and complain.....behind your "anonimous" file name.....
why not be direct ...i have no clue who you are or if you're even for real...or just needing a friend.......if i am truly the agent who signed you up...then you have my contact information...call me and we can go from there
