I purchased a cover from this company and after not receiving a shipping notification, tracking number, or the product for over a month I contacted the seller for an update. This was their response:

"Your order shipped over a month ago and you didn't notify me for several weeks. There is nothing for you to contest... Your transaction has been refunded.  In fourteen years of business and thousands of packages shipped with the postal service, I have only ever had "one" get lost (stolen) and it happened at a post office in some po-dunk little town in Utah. 

According to the tracking, yours has been "out for delivery" since July 19th.  I don't know what kind of ghetto you live in, but I'm not wasting my time, materials, and money shipping another product to your address.  I'll take my chances getting my money back with a postal service insurance claim.

I don't care who you are... If you're rude to me, I will be rude right back.  The postal service sent him tracking information when the package was shipped.  And he readily admits he did not contact me for over a month.  Who does that?  His package was not delivered BECAUSE OF HIS LOCAL POST OFFICE... I was not at fault in any way, nor did I even know until I received his rude message.  So, rather than waste my time and resources producing and sending another product with no reason to believe it would be delivered either, I issued a complete refund.  

Where is the rip-off? The law defines this bogus report as Defamation, but he's too far away and probably has nothing to sue for anyway. I produce and sell a product - I'm no one's personal slave - and I won't cower to anyone or put up with their rude, abusive language or threats.  This "Karen" is probably out right now flipping off cops and tearing down statues.
