On 1/9/09 I got an email from Roger Smith ( [email protected] ) saying the following : I have called you twice and you've never answered. I apologize for your order not getting out faster. If you want a refund please send our merchandise back. I will credit you for your poster on backorder. Roger Smith MDCT INC. I did not receive ANY calls at all, and from the dozens of voicemails and emails I sent, they must not have ever heard or read the part that said , "I got nothing but 2 empty tubes in the mail" So I called them up, Roger wasn't there and I talked to someone else; he assured me that they would not send out 2 empty tubes cause thats not good business and I told him that I knew that, but it either got stolen or damaged in transit, told him I can't do a claim cause I'm not the sender, he then asks me to resend the tubes to him so he can go to the post office and get a claim, I asked if he would pay shipping and he told me , "come on man, its 2 empty tubes, it'll only cost a couple of bucks to send" I told him I already lost 60 and I wasnt losing more; he agreed to pay the shipping and to this day, the 19th, I still have not heard from them again, so tonight I send them 5 pics in email showing the tubes and the sticker, let's see what they have to say in 3 weeks this time
