MDM Sales & Marketing, Kirby Co SCAM PROMISING $1200-$1800/mth Fresno California
Do not let these so called distributors fool you. They are always promising big buck, paid vacation, free kirbys. But when do you see that? NEVERR! Trust me I know, Ive worked there before for a month 1/2 & never saw $1. They get you all rowled up for nothing. You are assigned to do 60 demos n 1 month. They tell you, you dont have to work weekends, but when you start working they are always telling you to show up on the weekends. They make you work me work from 8:00AM and we didnt get home til about 10pm -1130pm. To top it all off sometimes our so called managers didnt feed us or take us somewhere to eat. So we went on the WHOLE day without eating.
The distributor & managers DONT DO ANYTHING the whole day. DO NOT WORK FOR MATTHEW SANCHEZ! aka MATT. Dnt trust manager kent. They are a bunch of liers, telling us to be positive and just sell.
If you want to ripi them off MAKE SURE YOU DO THE FOLLOWING
1.DONT SELL ANY VACCUMS (because ur not obligated to sell as they say)
2.MAKE SURE YOU WRITE ALL 60 DEMOS DOWN
3.DONT ASK FAMILY TO BUY THEM YOU WONT MAKE ANYTHING OUT OF IT!
4.DONT BE FRIENDS WITH THESE SCAMERS
5.MAKE SURE ALL UR DEMOS ARE WITHIN 30 DAYS & MAKE SURE YOU TURN THEM IN TO THE DISTRIBUTOR AS SOON AS YOU HAVE THEM ALL WRITTEN DOWN

This company (MDM) has failed numerous times under different names, and it is one of many Kirby scams throughout the country. People do not I repeat do not let these people in your homes, and they will fail again. They make promise to their so called independent contractors & customers alike to pad the pockets of the Distributor (Owner) Matt Sanchez. This company has a horrible working environment where sexual harassment, racial slurs, and drug & alcohol use are common place. Same On MDM,
