Meade H Lewis Meadelewis.com non-payment, hired our company and didn't pay. Port Matilda Pennsylvania
Mr. Lewis hired our collection agency to collect a debt on his behalf. We did extensive work on his behalf and the debtor then paid the balance directly to his offices. This is very common and our terms of service agreement clearly states that we are owed a fee regardless of where the debtor pays.
Initially, Mr. Lewis promised to forward payment to us on this matter. He has since been unresponsive and has not paid our agency fee of $352.00. He has ignored all requests from us for the payment. Honestly, it is pretty disrespectful to hire an agency to collect against someone that didn't pay him, only to then stiff the agency you hired.
