Quality Roofing and Exteriors, Medalis Dubinovic, is a roofing and siding contractor in Des Moines, Iowa. He will tell you he can get you a better price for the materials if you prepay for those. Medalis wants you to write him a check, he will cash that check and you will be out the money. When dealing with Medalis, he is a very good liar. He will find out what things you want to hear and he will elaborate on those to get you to trust him. When working with Medalis he will tell you ahead of time those past customers he had that didn't have a good working relationship with him and set those people in a bad light.
Please when working with Medalis, don't prepay him. Check with the Clerk of Courts, check with the Consumer Fraud Department, check his record online, check into him before you prepay him. Medalis will do a little work on your house to make you think that he is going to finish but in actuality he will tell you he will be back, that his truck broke down, that his workers quit, something to give him more time. You will then have to hire another contractor before your house gets damaged.
Medalis is very smooth and finds ways to gain your trust. Please use these agencies to help you make a better informed decision as to whether you want to prepay him. Medalis already has multiple judgements against him in small claims court and has yet to pay any.

It is good to hear from you Medalis. The good thing is that we don't need to debate this anymore because the Judge said you owe us. So lets finish this once and for all and settle up your debt to us.

yes we were late getting there but you must admit if your framers weren't to slow when i was scheduled to originally do the job. so im just supposed to stay home and wait for your framing to be done i move on to the next job because waiting for 2 weeks is long enough, And we would of done the job if your wife didnt call me and b***h at me and called another contractor so we did get the issues resolved in court
